Q:  What can I expect to happen or what                     changes will I see in a few months? 

A:   Success and the rate of success will depend on              your level of commitment to understand and to              implement the skills you will learn. ​

Q:  How are payments made?

A:  Credit card payment (will be charged for 4 week             sessions) in advance.

Q:   If appointment is missed, may it be made up?

A:   If rescheduling an appointment is made 3 days in            advance there will be no penalty with making                  it up in the future.​

Q:  How often will we meet?

A:  Usually once a week for 45 minutes (exceptions             are made based on circumstances)​

Q:  How long will we meet for?

A:   Minimum commitment is 4 weeks in a row.  

      Average time spent with client is approximately

      6 months.  ​
